Saṅgha is the Pāli term we can use to refer to the community of practitioners — the field of connection that supports and sustains the path of practice. While meditation is often experienced as an individual journey, the Buddhist tradition reminds us that practice is also relational, shaped and nourished through connection.
I’ve initiated an online Saṅgha space for those of you who have already practiced or worked with me and are familiar with the way I hold space for meditation and inquiry.
In my own journey, taking refuge in the Three Jewels —the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Saṅgha— has been central. While practice can be deeply personal, it is often community that allows it to stay alive, grounded, and woven into daily life.
This Saṅgha is offered as a space to practice together, reflect on the teachings, and be supported by shared presence and inquiry. By keeping this space open to those who have already practiced with me in some way, I’m able to hold a safe, intimate, and attuned container, rooted in shared language and mutual trust.
We meet once a month in an online gathering, creating continuity and a shared rhythm of practice. Each session includes: 20–30 minutes of guided meditation | a brief exploration of a Buddhist teaching | space for sharing, reflection, and questions.
After each gathering, you can choose to make a donation to support me in maintaining and sustaining this offering (using either Paypal: hello@danielatablado.org or bank transfer: https://wise.com/pay/me/danielat34)
If you feel the call to continue walking this path together, you’re warmly welcome: join here every Third Saturday of the Month 8:00—9:00 am CET. / Meeting ID: 83830840988
