Join us for a refreshing mindfulness meditation retreat in a natural environment, designed to support you to cultivate inner peace and resilience.
We welcome beginners as well as mid/long term meditation practitioners.
Learn to develop/deepen a mindful, curious and kind presence that will help you be more present to life and release the harmful habit of fighting your inner experience. Supporting you to live with more ease and develop the resilience to be with difficulties.
As we believe practice is our best teacher, we bring mindfulness to every activity to further facilitate your practice opportunities.
Our focus is that you leave this retreat feeling renewed and inspired to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

Description
Casal Sant Martí offers an ideal location to immerse in a 4 Day Retreat. It offers an inviting natural environment that only by being there, our nervous system can begin to soothe and restore itself.
This retreat is for you if:
- You want to start a meditation practice (no previous experience required)
- You want to deepen your meditation practice
- You want to learn tools to support your wellbeing and healing
- You want a pause from daily life and regenerate
Our program is designed to support skill development and empowerment to then integrate the practices in your daily life.
We will:
- Set the foundations for a regular mindfulness meditation practice
- relate to your inner experience (thoughts and emotions) from wisdom
- release the habit of resisting / fighting inner experience
- deal wisely with stress and bring compassion to emotional difficulty
- Explore what can support you to continue the practice in your daily life
- Learn to enjoy mindfulness practice and your healing journey
- Learn how to tune into the aliveness and freshness that is available in the present moment so we can live more in the present and not be so caught up in our minds
- Take time to rest and invite you to (re)define what self-care means to you
- Receive the gifts of silence. We’ll Invite you “to practise” silence from Friday morning to Saturday evening, with dedicated time for (we will still open the space for questions/reflections

Teachers

Daniela
she is in essence a space holder. She holds space for people (individually and in groups) to embark on healing journeys. And for her, our individual healing is intertwined with the healing of our relationship to our world.
Meditation was always something she wanted to explore, yet she only immersed in regular practice beginning of 2019. After attending a 10 day silent Goenka Vipassana Retreat, she has been deepening her practice under the influence of different teachers mostly within the Theravada Buddhist tradition and Secular Mindfulness. She’s been teaching meditation since 2021.
Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification by Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley (Graduate by January 2025). Specialised in Group Facilitation, M.Sc. Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability Karlskrona, Sweden 2020. Along with her work as a Mindfulness and Compassion Meditation teacher, she is a Work That Reconnects facilitator (Certified Facilitator 2021) and a Regenerative Leadership trainer.
Luis
his style can be described as systematic, rational, pragmatic, and enjoyable. He has explored a variety of techniques—including Goenka, Mahasi, Pa Auk, The Mind Illuminated, Unified Mindfulness, and MIDL Meditation—accumulating over 6,000 hours of practice, including a full year in intensive silent retreat. Through this journey, he is continuously learning to find efficiency and enjoyment while integrating it into daily life.
Certification Unified Mindfulness Level 2 Coach by Shinzen Young (2021).

Casal Sant Martí will serve 3 yummy vegan meals for us.
There will also be tea available throughout the whole day.
