Tailored Meditation Guidance: Meditation as a home-coming to peace and contentment

Guided meditation: Welcoming What Is
This practice is a mindful pause to welcome what is. It supports the development of mindfulness and kind presence to whatever arises in our experience. By welcoming our experience in the present moment we soften resistance to be with what is. We have more access to respond wisely.
What am I inviting you into?
My invitation is for you to rediscover your innate capacity for experiencing well-being through tailored meditation guidance. By shifting your relationship to your inner world, you can access the resilience and peace already within you.
My role is to hold space for you to explore this transformative process, using mindfulness and compassion to guide the way back to your capacity to be at home with yourself as you befriend your inner world.
How this can show up in your daily life is by supporting you to:
+ Increased capacity to let go of resistance towards what you can’t control (life)
+ Increased capacity to be present for what matters to you (life/relationships)
+ Freeing yourself from reactivity
+ Resilience and ease in navigating difficult emotions
+ Embodiment of wholesome qualities: kindness, compassion, equanimity, joy
+ Nurturing and spreading the love that you are
+ Embracing and enjoying the simplicity and aliveness accesible in the present moment
+ Feeling empowered to apply these tools independently for ongoing journey
Practicalities:
· Sessions are 45min or 1h (you choose)
· I recommend starting weekly or biweekly
· I recommend a commitment of attending to a minimum of 10 sessions within 2-4 months. We focus on practice and even though some shifts are immediate, the learnings take time to settle: we are working with transforming the way we relate to our experience, where a lot of unlearning old habits it’s needed.
· We meet on zoom
· You can book the sessions here
· Payments must be made after each session (1h €44 | 45min €33)
My Journey with Meditation
My curiosity for meditation started as a child as I observed my father going into “the meditation room” daily and his way of being which always carried composure, equanimity, joy.
I superficially explored some meditations in my early 20s and in January 2019 after a 10-day silent meditation retreat (Goenka Vipassana), meditation turned into a daily companion. A source of transformation and healing.
Also in 2019 I spent a month in Myanmar practicing with monks and nuns from Theravada Buddhism, and since then I have been deepening my understanding through daily practice, attending retreats regularly and online courses/trainings.
As for accreditation, I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from the University of California Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center and the Awareness Training Institute. With world-renowned mindfulness teachers and clinical psychologists Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and many others. 2 years training.
Since 2021, I’ve been sharing this ·heart medicine· through individual mentorship and group sessions. I started holding residential retreats in 2024.
What informs my offering is a combination of the fruits of daily practice, retreats, ongoing exploration of different expressions of Buddhist Dhamma, Yoga Sutras and the privilege of working closely with individuals and groups. All of it continually nourishes and expands what I offer, creating a container where presence, insight and wholesome qualities (joy, compassion, kindness, …) can be cultivated and thrive.
My teachings are mostly deriving from Insight Meditation (Vipassana), Secular Mindfulness, Engaged Buddhism, Loving-Kindness and Compassion Meditation.
I am deeply grateful for the wisdom teachings I’ve received from all the teachers that have been on my path (and for those who will be), for my Meditation Teacher Training peers and for my Sangha. Thank you all.
