This work can take the shape of 1:1 coaching & team coaching over a perviously agreed time period with contiguous self-assessment and periodical follow ups.

I mostly work with a Leadership Framework, that myself together with a team of five of us co-created over 2 years. Our framework follows one premise: love must be at the center of leadership.
